Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to support management decisions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
