Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial building projects to prospective clients.
- Identify potential customers through market research and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Provide accurate project information, pricing, and documentation to clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, property expos, and client meetings.
- Assist clients with the booking process and post-sales support.
Required Skills
- Experience in real estate sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
